Sometimes on Monday mornings, I feel like there are bubbles floating around my head….and possibly even inside my head.

I’m now daydreaming of falling back into bed and getting more sleep.

Last weekend, my beau and I ran away to Fribourg and Froideville for a little weekend getaway.

It was a mighty fine little trip. Here are a few photos that I snapped along the way.

Listening to Loch Lomond at the moment and feeling a slight pain in my heart for Portland, Oregon.

And I’m dreaming of buying a ticket to NY just to see Tim Burton showing at the MoMA…..*sigh* how wonderful is that?!

Yesterday, I finally got around to ordering new moo cards.  I used an old illustration from one of my sketchbooks that I gave a new life by painting with gouache.

They were not taken today.

Today we had approximately 7  minutes of sunlight.

I can’t say that I was completley unhappy with the weather, it was just a bit foggy and dark.

Tonight there will be candles.

I’ve stepped away from my desk and will be returning mid-week or so.

A concert in Fribourg from these fine folks will be keeping my ears happy while I’m away.

These are two strange delights that I found when I got two rolls of film back from the shop.

I like city life. Zürich isn’t a very large city but it still fills my city-life-needs….most of the time.
