protect the things you love February 14

Happy Valentine’s Day! While in Berkeley, I spotted this sweet little one standing in front of his heart-decorated doors. He was fiercely protecting the things he loves, with a mighty howl.
Maybe we all should do a little more of that?…..

that little guy looks just like my beagle
when he was a pup. Except for the black, mine
is only two color… I taught mine not to howl, early. I let him howl his head off after 9-11 though! It felt so good inside me to hear his mournful whail!

Marie-Louise, So glad to see you back. I hope that you are feeling well.
Maria, This little guy was just too cute. You should have heard him howl at me. Fierce! Valentine’s Day with my man was so sweet and good. Hope your day was sweet and good too!
Mansuetude, Ah…You also have a cutie-pie beagle. I can understand how the howl was comforting. Animals have special talents to make us humans feel safe and loved.
