today there was a touch of spring February 17

touch of spring…in the air. so i made this little gouache and ink illustration to encourage her to stay around for a while.

With the touch of spring, came the rays of sunshine. So I loaded my Lomo Fisheye with black & white film and went scouting for wires and powerline tangles and lovely jewelery in the sky…

If there are any Lomo fans out there, then you’ve definitely heard about the ”hip shot” (#4 of the golden rules).

I was all about the hip shot while shooting those 36 images.

Let’s see what develops. I’m excited.

    Marie-Louise, Yes, I’m afraid that it’s not really spring yet. she is only teasing us by saying hello and then goodbye again.
